The decrease of 26.8 points from October to November suggests demand for B2B salespeople cooled over the past 30 days. The index was up 7.3 points from November 2022 to November 2023. The significant drop in November 2022 and November 2023 suggests seasonal influence as companies focus on closing their year rather than aggressively hiring.
