Dr. David Solot is an industrial-organizational psychologist with 20 years experience in the assessment and learning industry. His career is focused on working to merge psychology with technology, in order to bring actionable insights to businesses. David has consulted with companies across the talent management industry to help them develop their product suite and meet the changing needs of the marketplace. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Client Services at Caliper, where he and his team won three Brandon Hall awards for the creation of Caliper Analytics, a product that combined psychological assessment with predictive analytics.
Dr. Solot holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Walden University, an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University. David is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society for Human Resources. He is a Walden University Alumni Ambassador, a member of the Rutgers University Big Data Board of Advisors, and a Trustee for the Upper Moreland Library. He has been published by CNN and Entrepreneur, and has spoken at the Brandon Hall Awards and at data analytics conferences around the country.
